SECRET SAUNA

Nestled in a private copse underneath ancient trees, there is a sense of calm and stillness here that enhances the legendary physical and mental benefits of a sauna. Seating 5 in comfort, you'll look west through a full size window towards the Black Mountains and beyond. Between steams, there's an ice bath chilled to 8° for classic hot/cold therapy. The site includes beautiful cabins to give shelter from the elements on those wet days, and there is also a shower block so you can leave as you arrived. For those keen on sport, there is also a tennis court available to hire if you wish to back-to-back some sport and sauna.
