Who can use the Sauna?
As with traditional Scandinavian culture, Saunas are a part of family life we welcome eveyone over the age of 16.
All guests must complete a waiver prior to using the facilities, this will be part of the booking process.
COLD PLUNGE (if available at your location)?
The health benefits of cold plunges are well known; however, it's not an endurance challenge! A few minutes for adults will induce the body's shock response and produce the reaction we're looking for.
Our tips are to take it slowly and breathe deeply. You MUST let your body cool down properly after leaving the sauna and before entering the cold water. Always listen to your body and do what feels right for you.
